Blood Type Diet

A blood type diet is a nutrition plan based around your blood type. This kind of diet became popular with the release of Peter D’Adamo’s book Eat Right 4 Your Type. The book continues to be a bestseller. D’Adamo claims that the diet will not only bring about weight loss — but can assist with allergy and infection resistance. The Method developed in the early eighties and won renaissance thanks to the book "Eat Right 4 Your Type Complete Blood Type Encyclopedia ".
The basic principle: Everyone needs a diet to fit the genetic data, and it can be detected by blood type. Unlike others, the diet does not offer a magic solution for weight loss fast, but provides tools to adopt dietary habits, physical activity healthy lifestyle that will lead to a balanced weight. Exercise also has to match blood type: O type blood owners, who are not blessed with fast metabolism rate, should burn calories in an aerobic activity (jogging, swimming or cycling). Those with type A blood, heats quickly (and affects the nutritional habits, eating from a bout of nerves and not because of hunger) recommended yoga, tai chi and meditation.
Blood Type B should avoid chicken and bacon , eat plenty of meat and dairy, some fish, and plenty of fruit and vegetables.

For Type B, the biggest factors in weight gain are corn, buckwheat, lentils, peanuts and sesame seeds.
Type AB can tolerate dairy foods fairly well. But watch out for excessive mucus production.
Type AB should begin each day by drinking a glass of warm water with the freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon to cleanse the system of mucus accumulated while sleeping.

Dieticians: the theory is not scientific proof, and over time it may be dangerous, because of failure to certain food groups. If you lose weight is because of the reduction in quantities and variety of foods.
